white box viewing cams

I see several people have had problems viewing cams and just get white boxes. I have the same problem.

I've tried both IE and firefox, i've reinstalled both latest versions of Java and Flash.

Could it be a port issue on the router? What port does the video part of chat use incoming from the web to a pc?

Im having the same problem' but i dont know what that port thing means..

could someone explain it in a dumb way? thanks :D

It means you firewall is not configured to let that through on the PC most likely.
