Hi there
I'm having big problems with the text format of paying ... I haven't registered as a site supporter since my last text in November.. however fab has taken £15 (3 × £5) off me ... I have bill statements to prove it .... reported it back in November and not much response... contacted them again today ... will see what happens ...really not happy at all .

I find that hard to believe to be honest...admin sort any problems with payments promptly. The site doesnt charge you unless you ask for a text.They will advise you what to do next when they see your contact. |

I am awaiting reply .. I can't send a photo of bill as proof as I'm not a site supporter due to no text code ... I hope it gets resolved quickly ...
