Sounds like you don't have flash installed. Install (or re-install) and try again. If that fails try from another browser

Being able to view cams is nothing to do with being a site supporter (since anyone can view cams; although site supporters can view multiple), suggest reinstalling adobe flash, try another browser, etc.
