Want to report a user who has been quite nasty to me in pm but cant report normal way due to the person blocking me before i could report

Do you still have the message? You can report from that.

You should still be able to report them (desktop site, report function should still be there when you click on their profile) or report via a message of theirs.

I've reported people doing the same. Look at the bottom it should still offer that option!
