Hidden profiles - can or can not be messaged

I am abit confused, as having my profile hidden for most of the time I still get messages and winks. While if I try to search hidden profile, is comes up as nil results. How is that possible? |

Well, exactly.
But on the other side I just tried to look up my friend's profile, alive ( i know for a fact) just hidden and it came back as -
Sorry, we couldn't find any users with that search

If someone has saved you to there hot list or you have replied to a previous message they can open your profile and message you, but you will not be found on a name search |

"You can mail a hidden profile, but they will not show up in searches, one of the perks of a hidden profile.
I guess only if you already mailed them OR from hotlist..."
Or you add their profile name after fabswingers.com/profile/
PM them from a forum thread.
