showing we have unread mail

Our profile continually shows we have 1 unread email but we have opened and viewed all received mail and we cannot clear it. Anyone else had this issue?

If you're on new mailbox, try reverting to the old one and seeing if you can see it

If you delete some of your old mails sometimes it pops up at the bottom
