Hello, someone sent me a message but I can't reply due to their profile restrictions. Any way to respond to them?

You can reply to anyone who has messaged you as long as you can view their profile.

If they have mailed you then you can reply, unless they have blocked you. As said above, can you view their profile? If not then you are blocked.
