Any advice ?

I dont know what that message means so I cant help with that one sorry....but you could try to do it by text, or phone call, or PayPal?

I tried by txt but can't either as its says only uk members can avail of this method

It can only be done by card in ireland not by text or phone call

Why when the site free you dont need the membership to be on the site
