Maybe the person you mailed complained about it as I'm pretty sure you're allowed to say pretty much everything in messages.

No you can’t there’s a list of banned words you can’t use just as there is on the forums

I don’t think taboo is one of them but if your were discussing a taboo kink that could be considered an illegal act and named it specifically that would do it

Some things are picked up automatically and the message is blocked. The block lifts after a couple of hours.
