How do we contact fab please.
We had a couple who we had been in contact with and seem to have lost them!
Many thanks |

Do you still have messages from the couple? If they have disappeared or say UNLOS then they have deleted their profile themselves.
If the profile is still on here but you can't contact it then you have either blocked them, they have blocked you or their profile has been suspended.

thanks Q of tarts for your response.
Yesterday we did a search for something completely different using th sold serch Programme.
Most of our mails have been lost.
This is the reason we need to speak with Admin.
Pretty sur they are still on here and we have not been blocked |

Admin do the vast volumes of their work behind the scenes, with limitations upon the interactive support that they provide to users on demand. (They always respond to reports of site user abuse, safety reports etc), with them generally not replying to users who submit problem reports but investigating and acting behind the scenes privately.
At the bottom of the page you'll see a button, where you can contact them. If you provide as much clear details of your issues, such as mail losses etc, they may find a site bug. But it would be inappropriate imo for them to want to somehow link you up with others that you may have communicated with. Everyone could have security or privacy issues, so situations could be aggravated by action leading to further contact etc.
Otherwise it may be useful to read site FAQs and support information for free and site supporter users, where support limits are outlined. |

As has been said use the CONTACT button to contact admin.
I imagine it's unlikely that they'll put you in touch with somebody . |
