If you're with Vodafone, you'll need to go into your account and remove the bar, you may need to provide your debit card as proof of age.
Once done, turn off you phone for 5 mins and then.back on as the network will need to roll out the change. |

Adult content filter. Just call your service provider and ask them to remove it. They don't ask any awkward questions. They may just need you to verify your age |

I had the same problem and I'm also on EE. You need to ring 150 and have the content block taken off. |

Yes you need to get in touch with your data provider... They have an age restriction in place... it is very easily removed you just need to call them and ask... mine was EE all good now though |

I've also had this problem and it only started this morning but it's not the usual content locked screen that some sites throw up it just says 'unexpectedly closed the connection blah blah blah'
I'm also on ee but never had this problem before but will try and get content locked removed and hope it cures the problem! |

I managed to remove content lock on the my ee app last night and now I can access this site again on mobile data. Still find it bizarre that it has been fine up untill yesterday morning |

Finally managed to do the content lock but I'm confused as to why the setting had changed, I hadn't done it! We'll see later when I go to work if it's done the job... |

If you are on Vodafone it may well be that although your adult content filter is off Vodafone started a secure net package a couple of months ago for £1 a month and if you have this it will block a connection to fab. You would need to contact Vodafone and ask for secure net to be removed. This is different than the adult content block, so if the message you are getting is to do with untrusted security certificate that is what it is. |

Still can't get on despite changing my settings on EE.
The message says..
"This site can't be reached
m.fabswingers.com unexpectedly closed the connection."
And then below says
ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED.
I do have 4g signal while out and can get on WhatsApp, facepest etc.

I have EE. Same thing for me. Tried changing settings online but it failed. So went into the shop and told them I want to be able to access anything...the chap did it straight away but it took several hours to start working again. |

You can also use a vpn or vitual private network (its an app you can download free for android or ios) it creates a private connection and allows you to log into age restricted sites. It helps if you cant get the block lifted from your phone. You have to click on the app then connect and then age restricted sites should be ok. I had the same problem and used vpn master and works perfect. |

I phoned EE, had a nice chat with the guy who said there was a block on even though I'd changed my settings, hardcore was the word he used, I'm sure he could tell which sites I'd been on, had a bit of a laugh and all sorted now! No credit card needed, just 20 mins on hold. Call 150 free from your mobile.
I wonder if that call handler is on here?? |

To anyone with these issues (certificate not valid on 4g but ok on wifi) it is always an adult block your mobile network has put in place. To remove you need to age-verify your phone as this poster has described
(Or pop into a mobile shop owned by your operator they can normally do it there and then)
