Hello everyone and (hopefully) Admin.
We've had a little trouble with verifing people we've met. We've met two people who we are unable to verify. It's annoying as one person is unverfied themselves and the others are a couple who now think we're just being rude.
Does anyone have any idead as to why we have this problem and any ideas how to fix it?

There are two main reasons for verifications not going through:-
* you have shared the same internet connection
* you are outside their filters, or they are outside your filters.
So, for example, your age filters are quite tight, so you won't be able to verify anyone who is outside those filters (unless you temporarily widen your filters, send the verification, and adjust your filters back again). |
