him is it possable for fabswingers to put on each profile weather the male is white / black / asian / half cast / ect ect . that way anybody who reads the profile will see that the ppl are of that race . as not every profile says there colour .

Under current British law, that would then be openly inviting discrimination based on race. The operators of the site could be arrested.

I have seen a few sites who ask you do you want to put your race or colour down and we have filled it in.

yes i think people should say what race or colour thay are as you may not want to meet them and its beas to know before you get to involed ,

Never the less, if the information is given in such a way that it becomes part of a selection process then it is indeed against the law. It is so BECAUSE you may decide not to meet them based on racial information. Technically you can't do that, and if you tell someone that is why you won't meet, that is also against the law.

By all means Google it if you doubt me.

sounds a bit crazy to me....its ONLY the male that counts as a choice of sexual play depending on HIS race.... no-one else reading between the lines here???

It boils down to a simple matter.....You cannot give people an opportunity to make an adverse choice based on race.

Law of the land.

i will say this agin and its nothing to do with sexual preferances or law... the OP wants the MALE halfs race to be known....i'm pretty much flummoxed that no-one is picking up on this one!

Silly situation:-

The site INSISTS (hypothetically) that everyone posts a face photo. That is perfectly legal.

You refuse to meet and say it is because the guy/girl is pig ugly. Very rude but perfectly legal.

However if the site INSIST that someone posts their race or colour or religion that is an offence and if you were to refuse to meet based on that information, that is also an offence. Although I agree it would be difficult to prove unless you were daft enough to post your reasons.

sorry OP not meaning to sound harsh of course, but ur profile does say that U only play with white people, I suppose if ur doing alot of messaging urselves its good to know...but i doubt many mixed cpls will mail u of course... ive never deluded people to thinking I was anything else other than mixed...suppose it helps i'm pic happy lol

Ah.....you CAN say, by choice....but you can't be asked in such a way that you must answer. Then if anyone turns you down they have to be very careful not to make it sound like race etc. was the reason.

It's safer to let that dog sleep and not poke it with a stick!

I'm sure DazandKate meant that they would like to see both men and women disclosing their race.

However, I agree that that in the interests of equality, this should be something that people can CHOOSE to include in their profile, or not, as they see fit. If people prefer not to play with others of a different skin colour, that is something that they should discuss privately. x

We're closing this thread because people are bandying around allegations of illegality, and we've removed all those messages we thought were a problem.

In answer to the OP: We may at some point, optionally allow people to express their race as part of the profile setup. They can already do so in their profile text should they choose.
