Phone line problems

I have tried 2 days in a row now to update our supporter pass but when I phone the number I get a message saying no reply. Can you help please?

Send a text instead. That's how we renew and we've never had any problems

This means you have an adult or premium call block on your phone. Try contacting your network or use another method

I've been doing it that way for years and it's been fine every other time. My wife and my phone I s pay as you go. Those premium text lines don't work on our phone so can't text either

I had to keep a really old t Mobil phone just to do that. But I recently did the full year by PayPal thing
