Is anyone else having problems paying for site supporter by text message.
This is how we have always paid but I can’t get a pin texted to me now.

I have had an issue too. I tried troubleshooting but no help.
I'm not so bothered about renewing again but I have tried this week to no avail. |

i had the same problem tried tried and better tried. The texts were failing all the time. In the end had to use my friends housephone and had no problem. |

The text upgrade is working normally
If you don't get a pin, you've not been charged and you should try another method e.g. card/pp/phone
(Usually if it doesn't work its because your network has blocked you)
