Fake verification

I’ve been left a verification except it isn’t really a verification but a message as I didn’t reply to messages the man in question sent, so he resorted to messaging by verification. how do I get this removed from my summery? Thank you

Report your own profile but in the information box explain about the fake verification.

Don't report your profile.

But contact Admin via the contact link bottom of home page, and ask them to look at it for you.
