Disappearing photo

We keep adding a photo and it has been approved but disappears from our profile after about an hour even though it's been approved? It's not even a rude photo?!

If you think that a pic has been mistakenly rejected, leave it in your photo gallery, don't delete it and contact Admin via the Contact button bottom of the home page and ask them to look into it for you.
