You do it through the 'contact' link, which (on a laptop) is right at the very bottom of the page, on the blue strip. |

In the 7 yrs I've been here there has never been the facility to approve others photos...... not unless you were an image mod.
There is the option to report every pic on the full site though, but not to approve them. |
