Hi
We are having issues with our webcam in that it isnt showing at all when we log into chat - we allow everything but the webcam isnt listed. We have tried the cam on other sites and it worked fine so we are a bit stumped!?
We are using Windows 10 and Chrome and have tried the old and new ways of accessing the cam?
Any ideas??  |

We also have an issue in that we want to try and access the site through explorer but the password (that we know to be correct) isnt working and we cant reset it as the email address we used is no longer working....Any ideas as to how I reset the password if we dont have the original email? |
