Vodaphone problem

I can't access the site through vodaphone ... I've took age restrictions off but cat get to login to fab through vodaphone .... can anyone help .... thanks in advance peeps

We had the same problem. Had to call them on 191 to sort it out.

Never had any problems accessing the site on vodaphone

That's interesting ... tonight when out of Wi-Fi range I tried to contact to voda but it wasn't having it ... I didn't try other sites though to see if it was just a fabs issue! .... I will call 191 to investigate further!!!

Yep, me neither until recently when they applied adult barring to my account. Got them in chat and it was removed quickly but the offshore CS rep was useless at explaining why the bar had been applied.

Vodafone introduced securenet a couple of months ago, ring 191 and asked them to remove it, you probably find out that you are paying £1/month for it as well. We had the same problem.

I had the same issue....

The only way I solved it was ringing them to report the same problem everyday for 2 weeks until they got fed up with me

Now it works fine
