Can anyone help with this please - if you delete a sent message from your sent box, does it delete it from the recipient's inbox?
Somehow doubt it, but somebody posts on their profile that "if you don't want us to keep your photo, you can delete it manually afterwards" and wondered what that meant. |

Hello is that from our profile?
Deleting sent messages does not make them disappear from recipients' inbox - they have their own copy to do with as they will. However subscribed members can opt to remove image attachments even though the text part of the message remains.
There are two options to do this: one option deletes the attachments when the message is opened/read, you can choose this option by clicking a box when sending the message; alternatively the sender can go to sent messages folder, open sent message and press link at the top to remove pics at any point they wish to do so. Direct private photos delete automatically. HTH! |
