Hi all,
Just tried to upgrade my account using the 3 min call, the automated service gave me a pin and when I entered the pin it says it's been used before. I emailed my issue about 1 hr ago and had no reply, does anyone have any suggestions or advice?

All sorted, admin upgraded me and gave me a few days extra for my troubles. Thumbs up to admin, thank you.  |
