Im unable to send messages and red writting says will be able to in a couple of hours wot does this mean please x

Sounds like messages have been auto-blocked because something in the message looks llke it might have been spam, such as a web link or something.

Like the message says, it usually lifts after a couple of hours and you should be able to post then.
