Photo verification

When someone is photo verified, does that mean they have been verified as being what they say they are (ie a man, woman etc) or does it verify that that do indeed look like their pictures?

There's no requirement to have your face (if no face then it must be a full length nude) in the veri picture so no, it only verifies sex.

It is just gender, as said above, you don't need to show your face in your PV pic.
