Can we separate CD/TV and TS/TG

Two completely different things here. You cannot mix the two. Could we please separate them? A man dressing as a woman is nothing like a TS or TG. Or is it just me? Lol don't want to upset anyone |

Oh no...I thought it was a good idea? 
From my personal prospective it is. I am sure I am still allowed an opinion? A dressed up man is not the same as one on hormones and who is post op etc! As is a woman with a strap on in a workers outfit not a man!  |

Nobody is saying you are not entitled to an opinion OP as of course you are. However a moment spent searching the forums would have shown you the numerous times this issue has been raised it invariably turns into a farce hence my 'handbags at dawn' comment.
Curiosity though, why it relevant to you as you state you are straight? |

Having my sexuality challenged is no problem. I was unaware it had been raised before. If this is the case then obviously there is an issue. I like pre op very feminine looking TS/TG with implants hormones etc. All others should be listed as CD/TV or whatever anyone is not upset by. Just my thoughts  |

TS/TG not TV/CD..... To state that TV/CD is sonetype of less serious TS/TG is an outdated an offensive notion. Medical science is clear on that.

Why do you question his sexuality because he likes TS/TG females?
If you believe that if a man is interested in a TG/TS female then he is gay, that implies by definition that you believe a TG/TS female is a male. That is highly offensive.
The medical science is clear, a TG/TS female is born in a body at odds to her brain sex or gender. She is not male. Ever. She does not "become" a female, she is born female. She has medical treatment to help her cope with her deformed body which may or may not include surgery.
Medical facts as explained by the NHS is that being Trans has no relation to sexuality, nor to TV/CD behaviour.
Sorry if that upsets some people, it is a medical issue dictated by science. Not a social one dictated by politics. |

To answer your question with complete clarity they are CD/TV. Playing the hurt feelings card ain't gonna work. It is my opinion as obviously several peoples before me. Doesn't mean it's right but there should be a clearer definition when searching for a sex partner!  |

Not all TS/TG are on hormones or have implants, conversely a few TVs will have implants. The difference between a TS/TG and TV is in the person's mind not necessarily what they look like. Luckily the site has all the tools to help you find what you seek OP but unfortunately you will have to read the profiles. |

Sorry, but you're wrong. You're born trans. CD/TV is totally different.
Your focus on genitalia is misplaced. In essence a TG female may or may not have had genital surgery. A TS has. The easy way to know is to ask.
A CD/TV, in female clothing, is by definition a male.
The thing that separates the two groups is the mind. Not the body.
A better solution would be to change the groupings to TV/CD, Trans people listing themselves in their natural gender . A simple line in the profile highlighting there trans status would all that is required . |

Gender (sex) is in-between the ears. Not the legs. |
