There's a Contact link at the bottom of this page, that you can use to contact Admin, rather than a Mod. |

Your friend would need to use the Contact link to contact Admin. |

To speak to Admin, the contact button at the bottom of the page as Rainman says.
To report an issue with another user...report from the profile itself.  |
