Can someone please explain the above. Does it mean I have received 185 verifications but only 148 people are still on site. I suppose if you leave the site your verifications go with you. Would that be correct?

185 is the total number of verifications you have received. 148 is the number of different people who have verified you.
If someone leaves the site the verification they gave you still shows up in the count but the stuff they wrote about you disappears forever. |
