Private messaging in chat

I've posted this issue before and still not working so hoping someone may help . As soon as I open the private text box in PM and type it automatically shows in the room as general message. Any help appreciated

Are you sure you are typing in the private message box? Coz if you type in the room the box disappears behind the room..

Thanks for reply and yes typing in the private box so no idea why it's messing up. Msybe this phone but has always been ok . Take care x
