My partner has got a new phone and in order to log in fab he needs the password which neither of us can remember . Plus neither of us can remember the email address we set it up with what can we do to recover the password i have emailed fab themselves but havent as of yet heard back i have tried requesting new password via my email as that what is comig up but not recieved an email and tried several times |

If it is just your E-mail you have forgotten you can find that from the blue menu to the left of your profile.

If you don't know the password to that when you are reminded then my first post is your best option  |
