Upgraded to Silver but should of been Gold..help!

Hey I've upgraded our account on here (with a few days remaining) and stupidly upgraded to Silver instead of Gold...how can I change it. I can't have all my photos/upload any. Please advise BEST route to contact the powers to be and switch to Gold.
