Text upgrade not work

We've been trying to upgrade via text for a few weeks and it's not working.
Tried contacting admin but heard nothing back.
Anyone else having this issue? |

If you're on Vodafone (or one of many virtual networks which use vodafone), they have blocked many of their customers from any premium/charged text service (not just Fab). You need to call their customer services and request the block removed
Or use one of the other upgrade mechanisms.
Again, this is a Vodafone network wide issue applying to all premium text services, not just Fab specific. There's nothing we can do from this end unfortunately

If you contact us via contact link at bottom of homepage with mobile number we'll check for you
Advice is probably same as above, contact network customer services, if that fails you'll need to use one of the other upgrade mechanisms

Same for us on O2 text upgrade not worked but has done previously |

Anyone with upgrade issues, please use the CONTACT link at the bottom of homepage
If you don't get a text back you've not been charged, your best bet is to use one of the other payment methods
