Trouble uploading pics

Ive been trying for nearly an hour to upload pics but its saying theres a problem with the site. Anyone else aving issues?

I'm trying to load photos but the page for uploading doesn't open - it works ok from my mobile but not from my PC - any suggestions?

I usually have no bother. But lately photos can not be sent because it says "copies no allowed". Never used to say that.
