I have a new phone and am unable to log into Fab on it cus i cant remember my password.
Im using my old phone to use the site right now as i am still logged in on this phone.
I cant reset my password because the email addy i used is no longer in use.
How do i reset my password without knowing my old one.
I also want to change my email addy to one i use now.
Any help would be appreciated |

I have a similar problem. Admin support is not available, as they make clear. I have another account which I haven't used recently and can't remember the password. I have tried the reset password facility, but nothing has happened. They say they will not confirm whether they have a record of the email used, but although I know they have because I receive new member updates on it they have not sent a reset link to it. Any suggestions? |
