Hi
I am trying to verify a couple I met on Thursday and it just keeps saying the info has been saved ! They can't verify me as they are new ! What's happening ?

System won't allow you to verify other accounts you have created. From FAQ:

Verifications we try to leave for another user aren't being saved
If you're trying to verify another account that you have created yourself or you're trying to verify someone who is using the same PC as yourself, or you're on the same internet connection, then the verification won't be recorded. We do this to stop people creating fake accounts and verifying them themselves

So annoying when you lose verifications when people leave the site. Took me ages getting them and lost them all in one go lol. Surely the text can still be left but just say user no longer on site? |

im trying to get us verified by photo as a couple and the photo has been approved but we still havent been verified whats going on its been a while since we first uploaded the shot. Do i need to resend the photo again or is there just a delay and if this is the case how long is it going to take? |

Did you send the pic verification image to the special link for Pic Veri's?
