My friend can't see me,I can't see him

When I put his profile name in search it doesn't find him,and similarly he can't see me. Why is this ? We haven't blocked one another!

site glitch. did you contact admin so they can sort it?

really? that sucks if they don't do anything...maybe they just can't do anything?

guessing the only thing you can do is one of you delete your profile and then make a new one, but the glitch could happen again even if you did that.

They do respond by dealing with the report, that message just means that they dont send a response about all reports made.

If Admin have blocked you from each other for some reason then you wont be able to see each others profiles.

If you contact them they will have a look at it for you and if they can sort it out they will.
