Blocking hidden profiles?

Am I doing something stupid here but I'm struggling to block someone who has hidden their profile?

Go to their profile, page reads

"Profile Not Available

This member has hidden their profile.

But on top right will be a drop down menu (report/block/friend invite/verify genuine)
