Sometimes if you have made a change in your contract or had a new SIM or anything then they re-apply the content filter.
Its some new rules apparently, lots of accounts have had it re-applied recently.
Are you trying to access fabs through a public wifi network, as the likes of Openzone and The Cloud also have content filters.
