If i hit auto remove photo from a message i send to someone does that mean it will be deleted from there inbox and wont be able to keep my picture ?

It will be removed after a certain time yes

If you want to remove it quicker. Go into sent messages, find the message you sent the pics in. If they have read it you can then hit remove pics...
