I am bothered with the same user who is starting new account and then contacting me again . Last time his account had been activated 28 minutes before he started contacting me.
Then when I report it, I see "user no longer on this site".
What does it mean? He deleted his account or admin did?
Do admin ever deletes accounts or he only suspended them?
I suspect this guy have one more account which is still active - he still exist on my blocked list, when the all other deleted accounts disappeared from my block list |

I would suggest using your message filters to stop him contacting you.
You can block new users and unverified users and those without profile pics from messaging. That means he has to make far more effort before he can contact you. If he still bothers you then you can stop everyone from sending messages. The only people who can get around this are those who you have messaged previously yourself. It does mean that you have to be the one to search for potential meets and make first contact though. |

I could also delete my account to prevent myself from contacts with this person.
But it is not a way.
Anyway - can anyone answer my question - do admin delete account (if he find a reason for it, ofc) or only user himself can do it? |

But apparently blocking newbies only works for three days after that they are no longer considered newbies and can mail you.. So Iv found out that's a waste of time! |

As far as i know admin will delete accounts of persistent rule breakers but it does take a while. If the account shows unlos (user no longer on site) pretty quickly he probably deleted his own account after hassling you.
One way you could prevent him from finding you is to change your public photos and user name. That way when he makes a new account he will find it much more difficult to find you. |

but it was weird. He was very fresh (28 min) and already site supporter. then deleted. |

They don't
They do disable people though but the person themselves would have to delete their account |
