I have tried upgrading I put 5£ on my bill text 3 times and kept we're you ain't got nuff credit jack, so I tried calling and it cut out half way through, so now you got my 5£ and I got high blood pressure from arguing with my phone and the network provider

I tried to renew my silver membership yesterday . Got a message back saying I didn't have sufficient credit .Texted again , which did not reply with a code .So I texted again only to discover you've now taken £10 from my credit and still no pass code . Can you rectify this immediately please .
