One of our new accounts. Won't let me upgrade and just keeps saying " we are not excepting upgrades at the moment " Plus if you search the user name it doesn't show

That account looks like it's suspended at the moment, is it asking you to verify a photo by any chance
Only people can resolve is admin you need to use the contact button. |
