Will admin actually get back to me about this...?

I can't upgrade by text as my phone won't accept the number as a valid number though I've had no issues with it in the past. I've used the Contact Admin link to explain, but in other people's experience how quickly will I get a reply? |

Nope, no adult blocks, I can still get onto porn sites and so on. Thanks for responding 
I also tried doing the three minute phone call but Orange won't put calls through to 09 numbers now but that's not the fault of my phone. |

I had problems in the past when I was with Orange & T-Mobile before they merged! I'd check and double check, not sure if you can log onto your account online? Or I'd get rid of them, I did for other reasons too. |

Could it be to do with making additional charges? Some phone packages won't let you call or text premium numbers because you either are on a package that doesn't allow it or you you've got a block on making additional charges (outside of your "inclusive minutes/texts). Basically, the text number is premium rate so won't be included in a package. |
