I have been a site supporter for a few years and want to renew by card (not by phone or text). I have done this successfully in the past, but this time neither of the card processors will accept my card, saying the details are wrong. They are not, there are funds, and I can use the card elsewhere with no problem.
I have tried sending feedback to admin on a couple of channels with no success. Seems they don't want my money! Is anyone else experiencing the same problem I wonder? |

When you say you have tried sending feedback to admin... how do you mean?
Did you go via the 'Contact' link at the bottom of the screen? And are you aware they can take up to 48 hours to deal with it? |
