Site Blocked due to unable to provide secure connection

Today for the first and so far only time i keep getting a message popping up now and then saying unable to connect to site as the site not able to provide a secure connection.
Does anybody know what this is is and if it is something i can sort from my end? |

"Yeah on laptop i just keep clicking reload and it comes up eventually....just unsure as to why started now as in the years I have been using the site never had it happen before."
Can also be due to high traffic at the time, internet connection speeds (at either end) etc.
