I would advise setting up a separate couples profile as new. You have been verified as a single male previously so admin may not change your profile over.
However you can always use the contact button at the bottom of the home page to ask. |

I'm also assuming (as it's hidden) that the verification is from his wife's profile. If it was changed to a couples account then if that verification is from her then they would be verifying their own account which is against the rules. But of course this is assumption |
