I've recently hooked up with a girl who after telling about my fab experiences wants us to do this as a couple. How do I update my profile to a couple profile and add her to it.
You can't.
Only Admin can change the gender of a profile, you could contact them via the contact button, bottom of page or home page on mobile, and ask.
It would be easier to start a new couples profile, all you need is a different email.
