Hi all,
We got a message a little while ago that we didnt respond to. Left it unread to address later, and never got round to it.
Got a lot of messages since and its eventually dropped off the bottom of our inbox. Problem is its still unread so we are still showing one unread message that we cant access.
Is there any way to clear this? Could an admin mark it as read or delete it so our counter works properly again? Pretty please  |

Delete some unwanted messages from your inbox and it should reappear. If its more than a couple of weeks old it will have been deleted automatically I think. |
