It's an option you click on before you send them....after that it's too late.
Though I believe if you then block the recipient that does it too....? Perhaps others could confirm this? Where is Rugby when you need her? |

As a site supporter go to your sent messages you can remove from there, but you can't guarantee the person hasn't saved them anywhere
Save's having to delete from gallery and reloading them. |

Deleted sent pics
If, from browsing your sent mail, you delete the pic using the link which says "remove photo from message", it does just that and the attachment is removed
If when you're attaching a photo and you tick the box that says "Remove photos from message shortly after it's read (improved privacy)" then system automatically removes the attachment once the message has been read (within 24hrs).

I was out spending Mr Ruggers money
I think they still see it even when blocked, but they can delete the pic out of their gallery and it won't show then |
