Dont think this is the case though as we also have no public pics filtered..been getting quite a few lately which shouldve been filtered |

As the person above says all people need to do to get around that filter is set a pic to public, send the message and then put the pic back into friends only or private.
Not only that the thumbnail profile pic counts as a public pic.
It's the easiest filter to bypass. |
