chat room keeps freezing

Hi there we have had big trouble with chat rooms, tonight. We can join room , but as soon as we select a cam to view , the text then freezes, and also when we load our cam same thing. Any ideas or solutions. Thanks Haynmikxxx.

Try another browser e.g. chrome/firefox and/or reinstall adobe flash
